Hyde Guides is a full-service inshore fishing charter based out of Swan Quarter, North Carolina. It specializes in year-round inshore fishing in Pamlico Sound and Albemarle Sound. The boat you’ll fish from is a 23’ Four Sons Marine bay boat. It sits up to 3 guests and runs on a Suzuki engine that can reach a maximum cruising speed of 24 knots. The boat is equipped with Garmin 7 GPS, a Simrad 7 fishfinder, and a Minn Kota Terrova wireless trolling motor.

Using both artificial and bait fishing, you can target Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Spadefish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Tarpon. The captain offers wintertime and springtime fishing for Striped Bass. The techniques you can use are light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, jigging spinning, and popping.

Captain Grayson supplies all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and lures needed for your journey. The price also covers fishing licenses, so the only things you should bring are the snacks and drinks of your choice.
